Accessibility statement

We want visitors to evaluate SkyRoster using their preferred way of reading and interacting. This statement covers the public website, not the separately deployed SkyRoster application.

Approach and current assessment

The design target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. A complete conformance assessment has not yet been completed, so this statement does not declare conformance. The current work includes semantic headings, labelled controls, a skip link, visible keyboard focus, text labels for status, responsive layouts, reduced-motion preferences and print styles.

Checks of code and selected desktop/mobile layouts cannot establish accessibility for every browser or assistive technology. A manual keyboard and screen-reader assessment, including contact forms and the offer builder, is required before a conformance claim can be made. We use the W3C accessibility-statement guidance to describe status and limitations.

Known limits and alternatives

Interactive calculators and form verification require JavaScript. The main information remains available as text, and you can request a quotation or submit an enquiry by email if a calculator or security challenge is inaccessible. Dense data tables may require horizontal scrolling on small screens.

Historical articles, linked third-party documents and external booking experiences have not all been assessed for accessibility. We cannot certify the accessibility of external services. If a document, image or booking flow is difficult to use, request the information or an appointment directly and tell us your preferred format.

The website is intended for current browsers with HTML, CSS and JavaScript support. Compatibility with particular screen-reader/browser combinations is still to be recorded through manual testing. Product-application accessibility and procurement requirements should be assessed separately against the intended deployment.

Report a barrier or request another format

Email contact@skyroster.com with “Website accessibility” in the subject, or call +40 21 315 64 39. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the difficulty and, if useful, your browser or assistive technology. Do not include sensitive personal information.

We will review the report, discuss an accessible alternative and communicate the next steps. If the initial response does not address the issue, ask the company contact to escalate it to the website owner. This statement will be updated with assessment results, known issues and remediation progress; the current draft was prepared on 23 September 2026.
