Responsabilities

Help solve complex design problems in the workforce scheduling space.
Explore and address user needs of a variety of user groups new to digital transformation.
Create and manage design in-depth for a complete feature area.
Create and assess design solutions based on user research data and user goals.
Produce design visualizations to help everyone understand what the best experience should be: storyboards, journey maps, flows, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs.
Work closely and constructively with the product team to iterate and deliver flawlessly.

Responsabilities

Provide recommendations for future strategic initiatives through competitive and financial analysis.
Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends.
Translate complex data and analytical models into insights that can be used to develop marketing strategies.
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns.
Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.).
Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (social media, e-mail, TV, etc.).
Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Liaise with all concerned parties to guarantee adequate planning, execution and monitoring of marketing activities.

Responsabilities

Take ownership of a feature from design phase all the way to delivery. Work across the entire code base from front end to back end and database layer. Design, plan, develop and test new solutions that meet business needs.
Build products quickly and interactively using Agile principles in close collaboration with the entire development team including other software engineers, QA, product designer and product manager.
Organize, scope, estimate, and prioritize work for yourself in conjunction with the rest of the team.
Collaborate with the team and customers to define, design, and ship new features.
Assertively and proactively find ways to improve technology and development processes.
