SkyRoster Brand Ambassador Program: Supporting ANSPs in their transition to Rostering Automation

At SkyRoster, we understand the challenges that Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs) face when it comes to managing staff scheduling. That's why we developed SkyRoster, the all-in-one Rostering Automation platform designed for managing staff scheduling in Air Navigation Service Providers. Although all types of personnel and job functions can be rostered on SkyRoster, the platform really shines when it's used for generating rosters for highly-regulated, constraint-scheduling-critical industries like Air Traffic Control, where hundreds of parameters (hard and soft constraints) must be fulfilled in order to design an efficient roster.


The need for Digital Transformation in the area of staff rostering has skyrocketed in the post-pandemic period, and we have seen a very high increase in demand for our products and services, to the level that our internal business support and sales channels are struggling to sustain a healthy, high-throughput flow of business communication with our potential clients.


To support and further nurture this growing demand, we're excited to announce the launch of the SkyRoster Brand Ambassador Program!


Through this initiative, we aim to recruit, train, and deploy a network of highly-prepared professionals who will act as the primary point of contact between SkyRoster and future customers.



1. Who is the program for?

The SkyRoster Brand Ambassador Program is designed for professionals working (or with previous experience) in constraint-scheduling-critical industries where the workforce is scheduled on 24/7 shifts. This includes industries such as Air Traffic Control, Airports, Airlines, Healthcare Providers, Police Forces, Transportation, Assembly Lines, Fire & Rescue, Nuclear Power Plants, Coast Guards, etc.


We're also looking for professionals with a solid network and a strong voice in their community regarding workforce management practices. If you have high expertise in Fatigue Management, Human Factors, 24/7 Roster Design & Best Practices, or Workforce Management & Automation, we encourage you to apply.

The SkyRoster Brand Ambassador Program has several key goals that we aim to achieve through it. These goals include:

  • Generate brand awareness, increasing the reach of SkyRoster around the world. By recruiting a network of Brand Ambassadors, we will extend our Rostering Automation arm and make our product available to even more businesses that can benefit from it.

  • Educate. Helping businesses learn about and understand the benefits of advanced staff rostering through SkyRoster. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll have the chance to introduce our product to businesses, making product presentations and training, clearly demonstrating how it can help them overcome the challenges of Excel staff scheduling.

  • Drive decision-making, acting as a product evangelist. The SkyRoster Brand Ambassador is a passionate advocate for our product, promoting it to potential customers and using rostering simulations and interactive Power BI dashboards to support their decision-making process.

  • Support project implementation. Help businesses make the transition to Rostering Automation. By providing guidance and support throughout the onboarding process, Brand Ambassadors will play a critical role in helping businesses successfully implement our platform and realize the benefits of AI-assisted rostering.
